    Façade – Update January 2016
    All the works to the façade are now complete. The “Grand Hotel” signage was successfully tested.  This has received a positive response from those that saw it.

    New Core and Terrace – Update January 2016
    The completion of the drainage works has been slightly delayed following the discovery of an underground water storage tank.  These works should be complete within the next 4 weeks.

    Update – Shops and Offices
    Works are progressing very well to the second floor offices with the first floor not far behind. Works to the shops still prove challenging but we have now designed and commenced with the structural repairs to the floors, thus enabling the new shop fronts to be installed in early 2016.

    Update – Barwick Street Facade
    These works are nearing completion, with the snagging process due to commence in mid November.  It is our hope to have all the scaffolding down in Barwick Street by the end of December.

    October Update – Facade
    All of the scaffolding to Colmore Row has now been removed and the final bits of stone replacement are completed.  There is only a small section on Church Street left to restore.  This should all be completed shortly.
